The 3rd annual Dance on the Falls Bridge will take place on Saturday, September 13th, 2014 on the Falls Bridge, in East Falls, Philadelphia. Unique and special to the area, this event is highly anticipated. Celebrating life along the Schuylkill River, guests are treated to a night of dancing under the stars. 

The Dance on the Falls Bridge is a party for all ages, featuring live music from the Sofa Kings, some of Philly's finest and most notable food trucks, an open bar including complimentary wine and drinks, a silent auction, and group dance lessons. The night's proceeds go towards the Fairmount Park Historic Preservation Trust and the Fairmount Park Conservancy. Come out for this incredible evening of food and entertainment!

2014 Audi Feastival - September 18, 2014

For four years now the 2014 Audi Feastival has been delighting the Philadelphia area with its expert pairing of fine cuisine and ground breaking art. Uptown Entertainment Alliance 3rd Annual Red Carpet Gala - October 11, 2014


The Uptown! Entertainment Alliance will host their 3rd annual "Vintage Hollywood" Red Carpet Gala on October 11, 2014! "The mission of Uptown! Entertainment Alliance is to promote cultural, economic, and civic life experiences in the community through art of all kinds: live theater, music, dance, film and other local events in the heart of West Chester, Pennsylvania's historic district." The night will feature delicious Hors D’oeuvres, dancing and music provided by top Philadelphia dance band, Contagious and a silent auction. Guests are asked to dress as their favorite Vintage Hollywood actor or starlet. 

The proceeds for this gala will go towards supporting future art in the area; the Alliance aims to bring a theater to West Chester by restoring the historic West Chester Amory. Come out for this elegant affair!

The evening includes networking and a silent auction amidst the exotic halls of the Academy, filled with mammals, birds and butterflies, followed by dinner and dancing inside Dinosaur Hall with the largest predator ever to walk on earth, Tyrannosaurus rex.

WOMEN’S WAY will also host a special VIP reception, exclusively for patron and above level ticket holders ($650+) and select corporate partners from 6:30—7:30 PM. The VIP reception will include a private tour and chocolate tasting at the Academy of Natural Sciences East Coast premiere of Chocolate: The Exhibition. Chocolate reveals aspects of this sumptuous sweet that you’ve never thought about before. Guests will explore the plant, the products, and the culture of chocolate through the lenses of science, history, and popular culture, all while enjoying champagne and hors d'oeuvres.

10th Anniversary Gravediggers' Ball - October 24, 2014


The special 10th Anniversary of the Annual Gravediggers' Ball will be held on October 24, 2014 at the Crystal Tea Room in Center City, Philadelphia. Join us for a festive night that will feature a tapas style dinner with complimentary wine, raffle, live and silent auction and fantastic live music by Big Ric Rising, one of Philadelphia's finest dance bands.

Today, Laurel Hill Cemetary, stands as the first cemetary in the United States to be honored with the designation of National Historic Landmark.The Gravediggers' Ball raises direct funds for the Friends of Laurel Hill Cemetary, a nonprofit organization that works to preserve, interpret and promote the site for which it exists. Since its establishment in 1836, Laurel Hill Cemetery has been maintained as a free and fully accessible educational, environmental and recreational resource for both nearby communities and faraway visitors. It has served equally as a place of enjoyment for the living and one of peaceful rest for the dead for over 175 years.
